Acceptable Use Policy

These rules protect Unograph, its users, and others from illegal, harmful, abusive, or disruptive use.

Effective July 30, 2026 Part of the Terms of Service

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to everyone who accesses or uses Unograph. It forms part of our Terms of Service. You are responsible for activity through your account and for ensuring that people you invite or authorise follow this Policy.

The examples below are not exhaustive. Do not use the Service in a way that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or materially disruptive, even if that exact activity is not listed.

2. Illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity

You may not use Unograph to:

  • violate applicable law or help another person do so;
  • facilitate fraud, phishing, impersonation, credential theft, spam, or other deceptive or unsolicited communications;
  • create, upload, host, or distribute malware, ransomware, exploits intended for abuse, or other harmful code;
  • threaten, harass, exploit, or endanger a person, or distribute content that is illegal to possess or share; or
  • evade legally applicable trade, export, or sanctions restrictions.

3. Security and access abuse

You may not:

  • access or attempt to access another user’s account, workspace, content, system, or network without authorisation;
  • probe, scan, or test a vulnerability without our prior written permission, except under a published security-testing programme;
  • bypass or defeat authentication, permissions, rate limits, usage limits, security controls, or content restrictions;
  • intercept traffic, obtain credentials or tokens, or interfere with another user’s session; or
  • conceal the origin of abusive activity or knowingly use compromised accounts or infrastructure.

Good-faith security reports sent privately to us are welcome. Do not access more data than needed to demonstrate an issue, modify or destroy data, interrupt the Service, or publish a vulnerability before we have a reasonable opportunity to address it.

4. Platform and resource abuse

You may not:

  • launch denial-of-service activity or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load;
  • use automation, scraping, or bulk requests outside published interfaces, documentation, and reasonable rate limits;
  • use the Service primarily for cryptocurrency mining, proxying, unrelated file hosting, or other resource-intensive activity outside its intended architecture-modeling purpose;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the Service as a service bureau without our written permission; or
  • disrupt, degrade, or circumvent the normal operation of the Service or third-party infrastructure.

5. Content, intellectual property, and privacy

You may not use the Service to:

  • infringe or misappropriate copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
  • publish another person’s personal data, confidential information, credentials, or secrets without appropriate authority;
  • falsely imply that content or activity is endorsed by Unograph or another person; or
  • abuse public links to distribute prohibited content or evade access controls.

If you believe content infringes your rights, send enough information for us to identify the material, understand your claim, and contact you. Knowingly false reports may cause harm and may create legal liability.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations. Depending on the risk and severity, we may ask you to correct the issue, throttle a technical operation, disable a public link, remove or restrict affected content, suspend an account or workspace, or terminate access. We may preserve and disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

Where practical, we will notify you, explain the reason, limit action to affected resources, and allow a reasonable opportunity to cure or appeal. We may act immediately where activity creates an urgent security risk, material service disruption, legal exposure, or risk of harm.

7. Report abuse or a security concern

Email [email protected] with the relevant URL, workspace or account information, a clear description, and supporting evidence. Do not include passwords, private keys, or unnecessary personal data in your report.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy as threats, product capabilities, or law changes. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with the Terms of Service.
